An ambitious architectural recovery and urban redevelopment project has transformed a small and suggestive alley in the historic center into a refined corner of hospitality, where past and modernity dialogue in perfect harmony. Four independent apartments, four different ways of experiencing Noto, a single philosophy of hospitality: beauty, authenticity and maximum comfort.
Pietra di Noto, marble, traditional green doors, natural fabrics and wrought iron meet contemporary design, creating authentic, elegant and comfortable atmospheres.

· Vico Trigona No. 8: 160 m² on 2 levels, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace with heated jacuzzi ideal for 4 people
· Vico Trigona No. 11: 80 m², 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen ideal for 4 people + 2 in the sofa bed in the living room.
· Vico Trigona No. 13: 68 m², 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen and small terrace, ideal for 2 people + 2 in the sofa bed in the living room
Ideal for couples, families and groups of friends, a few steps from the Baroque of Noto, the best restaurants, the Caffè Sicilia, the Maidda oven and the U Market, open until 21. Free parking in the nearby Via Aurispa and Piazza Bolivar where there is always availability.
Vico Trigona No. 13 on the 1st floor, ideal for 2 people + 2 in the sofa bed in the living room, stands out for its Italian design furniture, with custom-designed elements, works of contemporary art with precious materials such as the marble of the kitchen table. The living area, large and bright, has a sofa bed, the American induction kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has a double bedroom and two bathrooms, equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heat pump heating, TV and washing machine.
It has a small terrace furnished with prickly pear plants, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Sicilian atmosphere. The location of the apartment, in the Aurispa area, allows you to easily reach the historic center of Noto and its attractions. Malvasia is a pet friendly holiday home in the city, so you can bring your four-legged friends with you.

The cleaning fee includes initial and final cleaning and utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly bed and bath linen and pool where available - The rate does not include: extra cleaning in case of animals (EUR 120.00 per pet per booking and up to medium size).
