The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a large living area that combines living and dining, it also has an exclusive outdoor patio with outdoor dining area and heated jacuzzi. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, etc.), houses a black wrought iron table and director's chairs, creating an environment with an industrial touch. The apartment has a double bedroom with a porthole opening typical of these Sicilian structures with an en suite bathroom, and a double bedroom that opens onto the alley through a French window, the second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. The apartment is also completed by a double sofa bed in the living area that opens into the internal alley. The interiors preserve historic elements such as antique fixtures, stucco and retro floors, combined with restored original furniture, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a hairdryer.
The apartment is a pied-a-terre for a stay or a weekend dedicated to discovering the baroque city of Noto. It is possible to find parking in Via Aurispa near the house and it is free of charge. The apartment is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends with you.

The cleaning fee includes initial and final cleaning and utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly bed, bath and pool linen - The rate does not include: extra cleaning in case of animals (EUR 120.00 per pet per booking and up to medium size). For the heated Jacuzzi, an extra cost of 120 euros per week is required
