· Vico Trigona No. 11: 80 m², 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen ideal for 4 people + 2 in the sofa bed in the living room.

· Vico Trigona No. 13: 68 m², 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen and small terrace, ideal for 2 people + 2 in the sofa bed in the living room

Ideal for couples, families and groups of friends, a few steps from the Baroque of Noto, the best restaurants, the Caffè Sicilia, the Maidda oven and the U Market, open until 21. Free parking in the nearby Via Aurispa and Piazza Bolivar where there is always availability.

The living room, bright and welcoming, is equipped with a television for moments of relaxation after days of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances: oven, microwave and dishwasher, allowing you to comfortably prepare meals at home. Three full bathrooms ensure maximum convenience for all guests.

The house is equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning to ensure maximum well-being during the warmer months, fast wifi to always stay connected and a washing machine for autonomous laundry management.
