With its 160 square meters distributed on two levels, the villa welcomes families and groups of friends in large, bright and detailed environments, designed to guarantee privacy, relaxation and conviviality.
On the ground floor, two elegant double bedrooms invite you to rest with warm and relaxing atmospheres. The bright and welcoming living room becomes the heart of the house: a space where you can share precious moments after a day of sea, culture and nature. The fully equipped kitchen - with oven, microwave and dishwasher - makes every meal a pleasure, while the beautiful wooden covered veranda creates the perfect environment for long breakfasts in the shade and dinners under the stars.

The well-kept garden wraps the property in a green and regenerating setting, where the scent of Mediterranean vegetation accompanies every moment of the day. The private pool, illuminated and inviting, is a small piece of paradise: perfect for cooling off on hot Sicilian days or for letting yourself be lulled by the water at sunset.
The solarium with wooden loungers and soft cushions invites total relaxation, while the gas barbecue area - complete with refrigerator and outdoor freezer - is ideal for organizing unforgettable outdoor evenings with good wine, local specialties and shared laughter. A comfortable outdoor shower and a bathroom dedicated to the pool complete the outdoor spaces, designed for maximum comfort.
On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is a beautiful terrace with a view of the garden and the pool: an intimate space where you can enjoy the silence and the Sicilian light. Here there are two other double bedrooms furnished with elegant wooden beds and a bathroom with shower. The piano is also equipped with a refrigerator, espresso machine and kettle, to offer autonomy and convenience even at this level.
The presence of three total bathrooms ensures convenience and functionality for all guests, while modern facilities such as air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine and private parking make the stay even more peaceful and comfortable.

The cleaning fee includes initial and final cleaning: utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly bed, bath and pool linen - The security deposit of 300€ will be requested upon check-in and will be 100% reimbursed at check out in case of any accidental damage caused to the property during the stay. The rate does not include: extra cleaning in case of pets (EUR 120.00 per pet per booking and up to a small size).
